This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality ("HRM") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Engineering Consulting Services for Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) testing, geotechnical investigations (boreholes and ground penetrating radar (GPR)) and subsequent pavement rehabilitation designs / recommendations for various streets throughout HRM, as further described in the RFP Deliverables. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
