City of University Place Request for Qualifications 67th Avenue West Phase 2 Roadway Improvements Bridgeport Way West to Cirque Drive West The City of University Place solicits interest from Right of Way Appraisal and Negotiation firms with expertise in said services. Consultants will be considered for the following project. Project Description The work to be performed by CONSULTANT consists of strip acquisitions of varying width for the construction of bike lanes planter strips and sidewalks. The project consists of 55 parcels with an acquisition need of approximately 16,000 sf in Right of Way easements and 13,000 sf in temporary construction easements. The project is ready to start upon successfully negotiating a contract and needs to be completed in a timely manner. Submittal Submittals should include the following information: Firm name, phone and fax numbers; Name of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager; Number of employees and estimated man hours and Hourly rates.
