Completion Date: 08/14/2020 Pre-Bid Meeting Information: none The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, skills, and performing all operations required to fully construct the Work. The Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization and demobilization; installing erosion control BMPs, silt fence, flotation silt curtain, inlet protection, erosion control construction entrance, control of water and/or dewatering to perform work. Work will involve working adjacent too, crossing over, and excavating around a BP High Pressure Petroleum pipeline and Contractor will have to work with BP personnel on site during excavation around the petroleum line and installation of protection when crossing over the petroleum line. Work is also adjacent too and under an Xcel High Power Transmission Line and will involve using equipment that will not enter or extend into the required safety zone. Part of work will also take place on MN/DOT Interstate right-of-way. Work includes; removal of brush and vegetation; removal, salvage and replacement of top soil, removal and replacing of chain link fencing, removal of existing CMP and disposal off site, excavation/dredging of drainage channel with on-site disposal of materials, installation of 30" RCP storm sewer piping and flared end section with trash rack and installing riprap, installation of 6' X 6' box control structure manhole with monolithic base and special galvanized steel cover section and installation of flush mounted downward weir gate in control manhole; installation of in-line check valve, control of traffic at and around construction site, site restoration/seeding with native seed mixes provided by Owner; installing erosion control blanket on all exposed soils.
