Scope: It is the intent of the City of Columbus, Division of Sewerage and Drainage to solicit formal bids to establish a Universal Term Contract(s) for complete Moyno Pumps and Pump Parts for existing L&J frame and 2000 pumps located at their two (2) wastewater treatment plants. The pumps and parts will be used for equipment replacement and maintenance and repair of Moyno pumps operated at the wastewater treatment plants. The City estimates it will spend approximately $150,000.00 annually. The proposed contract will be from the date of execution by the City to and including July 31, 2022. Classification: The contract(s) resulting from this bid proposal will provide for the option to purchase Moyno Pumps and Pump Parts, as specified herein. All parts must be genuine original equipment replacement pump parts (OEM) or approved equals. The City will provide all installation requirements. Bidders are asked to quote discounts off price list/catalog pricing. Bidders are required to show experience in providing this type of equipment as detailed in these specifications. Bidder Experience: The offeror must submit an outline of its experience and work history in these types of materials and/or warranty service for the past five years. Bidder References: The offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the offeror supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification. Specification Questions: Questions regarding this bid must be submitted electronically by 11:00 am Monday, May 18, 2020. Responses will be posted on the RFQ electronically no later than Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 11:00 am. For additional information concerning this bid, including procedures on how to submit a proposal, you must go to the City of Columbus electronically.
