The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 days from the date of opening of bids. It is anticipated that a contract to perform the work will be awarded by resolution of the Dakota County Board of Commissioners at the County Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2020.
