Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid will be required. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason. Bids will remain valid for ninety (90) days after bid opening, but cannot be withdrawn for forty five (45) days. All submittals shall be public records in accordance with government records regulations ("GRAMA") unless otherwise designated by the applicant pursuant to UCA 63G-2-309, as amended. Award of contract is subject to approval by City Council, which is anticipated to be prior to May 17, 2020. Proposals lacking required information will not be considered. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to change any dates or deadlines related to the bid submittal process. Successful bidder will be required to enter into Park City's standard Construction Agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein.
