**As of April 27, 2020, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** The Town of Trumbull, (hereinafter referred to as Town or Owner), through the office of the Purchasing Agent, is seeking qualified contractors to supply equipment or services or both for milling bituminous concrete and full depth reclamation of bituminous concrete in accordance with Connecticut Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads, Bridges and Incidental Construction, Form 816, Section 4.06 Bituminous Concrete (latest revision), and M.04 Bituminous Concrete Materials (latest revision), and all other related sections. Contractor shall provide operators for all equipment, including reclaiming and milling equipment, and all required labor for completion of milling and reclaiming work. Contractor shall provide all fuel, water and other means necessary for such equipment, equipment maintenance and repair for any of its equipment. The contractor will be required to provide proof of compliance with Code of Federal Regulations (OSHA) related to the work to be per-formed, for each employee on the jobsite. It will be the contractor's responsibility to assure that OSHA compliance is maintained by the contractor employees for the duration of the contract. All work will be scheduled as directed by the Highway Supervisor or his representative. Work shall proceed during the Highway Department's regular working hours: 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday through Friday or as directed.
