**As of April 14, 2023, this project has been awarded to David A Nice Builders, Inc in the amount of $4,623,100.** The Project consists of the Warhill High School Auxiliary Gym Addition for Williamsburg-James City County Schools, Virginia. The gymnasium is approximately 12,245 SF and is connected to the existing high school through (2) two new fire rated doors and includes a multi-purpose room. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: selective demolition, site utilities, TPO membrane roofing, standing seam metal roof panels, composite metal soffit and canopy panels, masonry exterior wall/brick veneer assemblies, gymnasium equipment, hardwood athletic flooring, resilient flooring, tile flooring and walls, painting, gymnasium bleachers, access control hardware, plumbing/mechanical systems, electrical systems, and fire suppression systems. Bid Security in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Each Bidder shall submit a letter of certification from their surety that an Erosion and Sediment Control Surety Bond in the amount $48,000.00 will be issued if the Bidder is awarded the contract. All questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Caprice White no later than 12:00 pm, on February 3, 2023, in writing by e-mail: caprice.white@jamescitycountyva.gov. Addendum will be issued by James City County Purchasing.
