The first day available for installation at all schools is Monday, June 1, 2020. Cahokia CUSD #187 requires that all parts of the project be completed by Friday, July 31, 2020. Should the Contractor fail to complete the work within such time, the contractor agrees to compensate and will apply to the Owner for each and every day of such delay in completion of the work beyond the contract time the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per day for work not completed by the substantial completion date as liquidated damages. Cahokia CUSD #187 requires contractor to be flexible in schedule as other construction projects will commence at approximately the same time as this project at all five (5) sites. Summer school and other summer programming will also commence during this time. These construction projects and summer programs may interfere with the installation of the equipment.
