For the complete removal, disposal, and replacement of existing gymnasium bleachers. This bid is for the complete removal, disposal, and replacement of existing gymnasium bleachers, herein known as the "bleachers". Work will take place at: Bayonet Point Middle School 11125 Little Road New Port Richey, FL 34654 The Contractor will be responsible for all labor and coordination required for the removal and disposal of the current bleachers and the build of new bleachers from the ground up. The Contractor must understand that after the existing bleachers are removed, there will be a time period when the gymnasium floor will be replaced. Once floor installation is complete, the Contractor will install new bleachers. Question Cutoff Date: 3/20/2020 04:00 PM (ET) Addendum Issued (if needed): March 26, 2020 by 4:30 PM Evaluation Period: April 6 - 9, 2020 Anticipated Board Recommendation: April 14, 2020 Anticipated Board Award: April 21, 2020 All work is to be coordinated in advance with Jim Witfoth, Project Planner, at jwwitfo@pasco.k12.fl.us or (813) 794-7932, District School Board of Pasco County Maintenance Department. All contractors and their employees MUST follow JLA requirements and have badges in their possession at all times and sign in with the school's administrative office The District also reserves the right to check references from others not identified by the contractor.
