The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment., tools and guarantees thereof to: Construct curbs, gutters, sidewalks, walls, bike lanes, storm drainage improvements, paving, land-scaping, irrigation, radar speed signs, rapid flashing beacons and street lights on Cirque Drive West from Grandview Drive West to 83rd Avenue West. All bid. proposals shall be accompanied by a bid propos-al deposit by certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid proposal. . The City of University Place expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informali-ties and to further make award of the Project to the lowest respon-sive responsible bidder as it best serves the interest, of the City.
