Twin 42-inch Force Mains (FMs) approximately 2.85 miles each to convey flows from Wilson Creek Lift Station to the North McKinney Transfer Lift Station. This project spans Wilson Creek Lift Station, off of Old Mill Road by the old City landfill on the south end and North McKinney Lift Station, off of Airport Drive and Greenville Road on the north end in McKinney, TX. Project includes construction of miscellaneous improvements at Wilson Creek Lift Station and the procurement and installation of two parallel 42" transfer force mains (Force Main A and B) for total of 30,350 LF of pipe from Wilson Creek Lift Station to North McKinney Lift Station via Old Mill Road, Couch Drive, FM 546 and along Airport Drive. Contractor must pay no less than the general prevailing rates for the Project location as determined in accordance with statutory requirements. The minimum rates for various labor classifications as established by the Owner are included in the Contract Documents. Owner may reject Bids, waive formalities, or disregard nonconforming, conditional Bids or counter proposals.Owner reserves the right to require strengthening, replacement of those substandard portions of the structure, or additional testing, at the Contractor's expense.
