Question Cutoff Date 3/5/2020 01:00:00 PM (ET) This project will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of grading and paving from Sta. 26+00 to Sta. 44+48. Phase 2 will consist of grading, paving and bridge from Sta. 3+85 to Sta. 26+00 This project will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of grading and paving from Sta. 26+00 to Sta. 44+48. Phase 2 will consist of grading, paving and bridge from Sta. 3+85 to Sta. 26+00. Phase 1: The anticipated completion of right-of-way acquisition is April 8, 2020. Sarpy County and the Contractor shall agree on an expected start date between April 15, 2020, and June 1, 2020 An early start may be approved prior to April 15, 2020, if mutually agreeable subject to limitations stated in the Contract Documents. The contract period of performance for Phase 1 is ninety (90) calendar days from the established start date. Contractor shall be responsible for complete all grading, paving and seeding. All equipment and barricades shall be removed from the roadway to a location agreeable to the Engineer prior to September 16, 2020, the opening day of Vala's Pumpkin Patch. 168th Street is to be open to unrestricted two-lanes of traffic from September 16, 2020 to November 2, 2020. Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the construction site between Phase 1 and Phase 2 construction. Phase 2: Phase 2 shall commence on November 2, 2020. All work shall be completed on or before August 14, 2021, two hundred eight five (285) calendar days, without exception. Contractor shall be responsible to complete all grading, bridge, paving and seeding.
