For 2020 Herman Heights Parking Lot Improvements The work includes the construction of approximately: 6,975 Ton Aggregate base 1,500 Ton Bituminous 955 LF 12" RCP 25 LF 12" PVC watermain 1,425 LF 5" perforated drain 63 LF Construct drainage structure 9,780 CY Common excavation and site grading 186 LF Remove curb and gutter 2,640 SY Remove Bit Pavement 1,210 SF Remove concrete walk 4,225 SF Remove Stone retaining wall 12,550 SF 6" concrete walk 2,450 LF Concrete curb and gutter 305 SY 7" concrete driveway pavement 1 EA Lighting system 3,800 SF Modular block retaining wall 34 EA Clear and Grub Tree 2,281 CY Pond Excavation 1,300 EA Rain garden container plants 7,100 SY Sodding -type lawn 2,450 LF 4" line paint together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. All work under the Contract must be complete by October 25, 2020. Any addendums may also be distributed by mail, fax or email. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of New Ulm shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. Working estimate: $1.1- $1.5 million
