The scope of work for this project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for the asphaltic concrete overlay on Burnt Ranch Road, Shadow Valley Drive, Old Kettle Trail, Woodside Drive, Clubhouse Drive, Butterfield Road, and Old Chisholm Trail in the Prescott area. The total project length is 16,013 feet with approximately 4,341 tons of fiber reinforced asphaltic concrete with PG 64-22 binder and 1,134 tons of conventional asphaltic concrete with PG 64-22 binder. Other associated work includes re-established pavement markings throughout the project. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time. All proposals shall be submitted in strict accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING included on the website and submitted on the documents provided therein. Bids shall include all applicable taxes and must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract price bid, made payable to the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors. Bidders are invited to be present at the opening of bids, but absence will not be considered cause for disqualification. Bidders shall be responsible for any licenses or permits required by the regulatory agency of the State of Arizona that apply to the performance of this contract. The Board of Supervisors of Yavapai County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County.
