Keith G. Brown, P.E., construction engineer for MDOT, said during the week of May 8 the contractor finished the joint repairs between Potter and Richfield roads. "They are now working on the temporary shoulder widening on the west side of M-15," he said. "They plan to pave that shoulder hopefully Saturday. Then will shift two lanes of traffic onto the newly paved shoulder so they can start the work on the east side of M-15." Brown said once the contractor has the two lanes shifted over they will also continue with the joint repair on M-15 north of Richfield Road working their way up to Do - dge Road. - G.G. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Limits - from Potter Rd to Richfield Rd Primary Comments Work Type - Minor Widening Project Description - Center Left Turn Lane As of November 22, 2021, this project is currently in the FY 2020-2023 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2022. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2022. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
