It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before150 calendar days. This project does not include hazardous environmental work. This project requires 1 project sign(s). Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Program Compliance - Respondents shall meet the subcontracting requirements as stated on 050.01 Form and on the Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Plan posted with this solicitation on the City's website. The Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Plan will be determined off of base bid. Wage Decision - Respondent shall meet the prevailing wage rate requirements established for this contract and shall reference the wage decision posted with this solicitation online Questions are to be submitted in writing in the Questions and Answers section online. Bid documents, addenda's, and this solicitation will be posted online. The deadline to ask questions is 1/07/2020 4:00 PM CST In accordance with SBEDA Ordinance Section III. D. 2. (e), this contract is being awarded pursuant to Segmented M/WBE Goals. CONTRACTOR agrees to subcontract or self-perform at least one percent (1%) of the contract value to a certified African American Business Enterprise (AABE) firm headquartered or having a significant business presence within the San Antonio Metropolitan Statistical Area (SAMSA). This one percent (1%) subcontracting goal will also count toward the aforementioned thirteen percent (13%) M/WBE subcontracting goal.
