The state reserves the right to determine how it will respond to any instances of non-compliance or false certification of compliance. Potential state actions include, but are not limited to cancellation of the contract and/or suspending or debarring the contract vendor from state purchasing Permits, Licenses, and Certificates: For Owner's records, submit copies of permits, licenses, certifications, inspection reports, releases, jurisdictional settlements, notices, receipts for fee payments, judgments, correspondence, records, and similar documents, established for compliance with standards and regulations bearing on performance of the Work. The prevailing wages in effect at the time of execution of the contract will be attached to that contract A. Provide all labor, materials, including accessories to completely clean all ductwork and HVAC equipment of all dirt, debris, fungus, bacteria, grease, and foreign materials that may have accumulated in and on the surfaces of systems. B. This includes all equipment and ductwork that remains after demolition. C. Refer to the drawings for the ductwork systems that are to be cleaned. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form and amount no less than five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The Bidder pledges to enter into an Agreement with the Construction Manager on the terms stated in the Bid and will furnish such Bid Bond covering the faithful performance of the Contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder Concurrently with execution of a Subcontract, or as requested by the Construction Manager at Risk, the Subcontractor shall furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the subcontract price on the forms designated by the Construction Manager at Risk, provided by sureties acceptable to the Construction Manager at Risk. Cost of the bonds shall be included in the base bid price Questions due by 7-26/23
