The City is seeking to retain the professional services of a highly qualified and experienced consultant to provide Professional Design Engineering Services and Right of Way Services for the Glendora Urban Trail and Greenway Network Phase 2 (Sunflower Avenue to Juanita Avenue) and Phase 3 (Juanita Avenue to Grand Avenue). This project is the continuation of approximately a 3 mile stretch of the San Dimas Wash Trail Project extending from Louie Pompeii to Grand Avenue. This project is a 1.5-mile extension of the existing Glendora Urban Trail and Greenway Network along the San Dimas Wash. This Project is part of a future 10-mile bike and pedestrian network of within the City of Glendora called the People Movement Project. These phases will include separate Class I bicycle and pedestrian path for the length of the project in the Los Angeles County Flood Control District-owned right of away. The City is soliciting Professional Design Engineering and Right of Way Support Services to prepare the final plans and specifications utilizing the existing 65% design plans of the project and an estimated project budget based on this design scope. The selected consultant will provide services to include but not limited to the coordination and obtaining plan approval from the Los Angeles County Flood Control District (LACFCD) and US Army Corps of Engineers, acquisition of all required permits as well as obtaining Right of Way certification. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Project Awarded to Alta Planning + Design Award Amount $ 463,130
