As of September 24, 2024, a public vote to approve or not approve the project will take place on November 5. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: For RFP Design - Conceptual Master Housing Plan for the Town of Snowmass Village The Town of Snowmass Village (TOSV) is soliciting Proposals for Conceptual Design and Feasibility Services from architects, engineers and/or land-use planners to develop a Conceptual Master Housing Plan for the development of approximately 185 units of affordable and workforce housing for the Snowmass Village ("Conceptual Plan"). The intent of this RFP is to bring a qualified firm/team on board to assist in identifying potential sites within the Town of Snowmass Village for future housing development and to provide schematic design services on each site. The overall goal is to identify sufficient capacity for the future development of up to 185 units of affordable rental and deed-restricted for-sale condominiums and single-family homes. Any material that is to be considered as confidential must be marked as such and will be treated as confidential by the Town to the extent permitted by law and subject to CORA C.R.S. 24-72-101.1 et seq. All responsible Bidders are encouraged to submit their Bids. The Town, its employees, the Town Manager, Housing Director or any entity assisting the Town in the RFP process shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the Bidder for the preparation or presentation of the Bids.
