This project consists of, but is not limited to, providing all labor and materials to provide signed and sealed drawings for the design of the Maintenance Equipment Shed, submit drawings to the City of Savannah for permitting, pay for all charges related to permitting, provide shop drawings to the Savannah Airport Commission (SAC) for SAC review of all building components prior to order and purchase of building components; provide project supervision of their own staff and those of subcontractors during the construction period; provide daily construction reports; attend weekly progress meetings; attend the pre-construction meeting; the contractor is responsible for all means and methods of construction; follow all specifications. Bidders are invited to submit proposals for this work on the proposal forms provided. Other proposal forms will not be accepted.No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of ninety (90) days. The Mayor and Aldermen ofthe City of Savannah and the Savannah Airport Commission reserve the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, and/or technicalities in or reject any and all bids and/or to award or refrain from awarding the Contract for the Work.
