The work to be done generally consists of replacing a 48" culvert at two sites. Work includes removing trench plates, dewatering, trench shoring, placing 48" HDPE pipe, concrete slurry backfill and hot mix asphalt. General Location: Antioch Supervisory District: 5 Bids must cover the entire project, and neither partial nor contingent bids will be considered. The successful bidder must furnish a payment bond and a performance bond. All bidder questions/inquiries received before 12:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to the scheduled bid opening will be posted with their responses on the Public Works Web Site (www.cccounty.us/pwprojects). Questions received after this deadline will remain unanswered. The current planholders list can also be found at this website. Shipping charges are extra, depending on the delivery method. The Public Works Department does not guarantee the arrival of the plans and specifications in time for bidding. For more information about obtaining plans and specifications by mail, please call Blueprint Express at (707) 745-3593. You may obtain electronic PDF copies of the plans and specifications upon purchase of the bid package through the Online Planroom at no additional cost. The said Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any portion of any bid and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received.
