The Project will be known as the Apple Orchard Pump Station Upgrade. The proposed work includes, but is not limited to; Furnishing of materials, labor and equipment to provide an existing lift station upgrade, which includes reconfigured existing Wetwell with new reinforced concrete Wetwell risers, top slab with access hatches, two (2) new submersible pumps, ductile iron piping, related hardware and appurtenances and new above-grade pump controls, new reinforced concrete valve vault and new reinforced concrete vault with a magnetic flow-meter. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee of five percent (5%) of the total bid price. The proposals must be returned to the Village Hall 228 S. Main St. where the bids shall be read aloud on the date as noted above. It is the contractors responsibility to ensure that their bid proposal is in on time. The Village Hall is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all bids.
