Pierpont Ave., Rockford, IL 61102. The Rockford Park District honors prevailing wages. If applicable, the awarded Contractor, including subcontractors, is required to comply with all provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, including the payment of wages and fringe benefits as required by law, and the submission of certified payroll transcripts. Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Rockford Park District Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Failure to include the bid offer form properly completed and signed will result in the submission being rejected.
