**Start date will be the fall of 2019.** IMPROVEMENTS (hereinafter referred to as "the Project") consists of a new entry driveway/curb cut from the public right of way with access gate; a stone entry drive; a stone parking lot with asphalt ADA parking spaces; grading for a sledding hill; construction of retention/detention facilities; construction of wetlands; storm drainage conduits and storm drainage structures. Questions about the project should be submitted, in writing, to Sean Gillilan, P.E., OHM Advisors at sean.gillilan@ohm-advisors.com All prospective bidders must register with Key Blue Print, Inc. 195 East Livingston Ave Columbus, OH 43215 (614) 228-3285 info@keycompanies.com, in order to place a bid on this Project. Registration is required to assure all bidders receive any clarification or addenda. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Delaware County as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid submitted must be furnished with all bids. If the bid is accepted, a contract must be executed, and a satisfactory contract bond or security furnished, conditioned according to law, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, within ten (10) days after Notice of Award. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. An award will be made to the lowest and best bidder on the base bid, taking into consideration such factors as the qualifications, past performance and efficiency of the bidder along with the price of the bid. Informalities in making out the bid may be waived at the option of the owner. The engineer's estimate of probable cost for the project is $440,000. Contract will be awarded lump sum.
