The County of San Bernardino, Department of Risk Management, hereafter referred to as the County or Department, is seeking Proposals from interested, qualified, and experienced Proposers to provide ADA Services to ensure compliance with State and Federal accessibility standards, codes and regulations including, but not limited to, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design and California Building Code. The number of awards will be determined by the County. All Proposers must register with the ePro system prior to the date and time to submit the proposal or they will be disqualified. Contract Term Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section V, Scope of Work. The term of any contract awarded as a result of this RFP will be for a period of five (5) years, beginning on January 28, 2020 through January 27, 2025. Questions regarding the contents of this RFP must be submitted in writing prior to 4:00 PM PST on Monday, August 19, 2019 through ePro or by email, and directed to the RFP Contact listed in Section I, Paragraph B - RFP Contact The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
