Widening of Rossland Road to 4 lanes from Westney Road to Lake Ridge Road. In addition, the project would include intersection improvements at Bennett Avenue and Seggar Avenue, Harwood Avenue, Rushworth Drive and Lloydminister Avenue, and Audley Road. Phase 4: Rossland Rd from Salem to Lakeridge - Land Acquisition in 2024; Utility Relocation in 2025 & Construction in 2026. Phase 5: Rossland Rd from Salem to Westney - Land Acquisition in 2025; Utility Relocation in 2026 & Construction in 2028. TIMELINE: Preliminary design study and EA was completed by HDR. Engineer has been awarded to complete detailed design. The Contract for Contract Administration & Inspections Services will be awarded separately upon completion of the detailed design and pending Council approval. Construction will be completed in 2 phases. Updates may be available spring 2024.
