Providing all materials, equipment and labor for Lanierland Park Phase 2, which includes site clearing and grubbing, layout, erosion control, earthwork, cast-in -place concrete, modular block retaining walls, asphalt paving, concrete paving, storm sewer infrastructure, water distribution infrastructure, sanitary sewerage infrastructure, fencing, pre-engineered bridges, baseball field facilities and equipment, tennis court facilities and equipment, sports lighting, site lighting, artificial turf surfacing, pre-engineered pavilions, a restroom/concession building, a restroom/ pavilion building, special-purpose ballfield support buildings, scoring building, signage, landscaping, irrigation and other trades/ products as detailed in the bid document plans and specifications. All work to be completed within 450 calendar days of issuance of Notice to Proceed. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a Bid Bond, or a Certified or Cashier's Check to the order of the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid and a Consent of Surety form from a surety company licensed to conduct business in the State of Georgia, engaging to furnish, upon award of the Contract, a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total price bid for the completed work and the appropriate insurance certificate. The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals submitted in response to any solicitation, to reject any portion thereof, or to waive any minor irregularity or administrative requirement *Bidders are encouraged to review all available documentation to ensure bidding accuracy.
