This project includes the remodel of both the home team and visiting team's clubhouses and expansion of the home teams and visiting team's locker rooms. Overall substantial completion shall be achieved within one hundred and seventeen (117) working days after the Owner' Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be achieved within Thirty (30) Calendar days after substantial completion. The project will have one phase. All bids must be accompanied by a "Good Faith Token" in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid.
