The work consists of correcting the surface of the old cold-leveling pavement and installing an asphalt surfacing layer ESG-10 prepared and hot-laid in an urban area over a length of 1.906 km. The work must be completed from August 12 to August 26, 2019. The Contractor must demonstrate that it is able to perform the work in accordance with the specifications attached to this document and against the allocated budget by completing the quantity and price schedule of the attached specifications. Warm and recycled mixes are prohibited. Asphalt mixes must comply with the standards 2101, 4101 and 4202 of Volume VII of the "Roadworks" standards of the Ministère.
