Carter Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Equipment Building The City of College Station is seeking a construction company with quality experience in site preparation, construction of pre-engineered steel metal building, construction of an enclosed vehicle wash rack with drainage system, concrete flat work, drainage improvements, and associated infrastructure. This project includes the construction of a3-sided pre-engineered metal building with an adjacent enclosed vehicle wash rack with drainage system at the Carter Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2200 N. Forest Pkwy. The City has established $850,000.00 as the estimated construction budget for all the Work including alternates as described in the Drawings, Technical Specifications, and other Contract Documents prepared by the A/E. Methods & Means of construction shall be compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. This includes obtaining all necessary permits and inspections. Maintain and submit all project records such as record drawings, project manuals, and warranties for approval by the City of College Station.
