Project includes will be able to provide quality, professional workmanship in Landscaping Services at Rancho Superior Court at 8303 Haven Ave, Rancho Cucamonga Attendance at the Mandatory Job Walk for all buildings in a Lot is required. The purpose of the Job Walk is to ensure the bidders have a complete understanding of the scope of work and the work environment to avoid any delays or performance issues. Bids received from those bidders who are not represented at the Mandatory Job Walks for that Lot(s) will be disqualified. Representation at the Job Walk will be determined by prospective bidders signing in both prior to the Mandatory Job Walk and at the conclusion of the Job Walk. Sign in sheets will be collected at the beginning of the Job Walk. Late arriving and early departing bidders will not be allowed to sign the sheet. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled bid opening, or within one hundred eighty (180) days thereafter. Copies of the prevailing wage rates are on file at the Facilities Management Division and shall be made available to any interested party on request. Copies are also included in the Bid Documents. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technical errors, discrepancies or informalities of a bid not affected by law, if to do so seems to best serve the public interest.
