Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within one hundred and sixty eight (168) Calendar Days after date specified in the Notice to Proceed, in accordance with the Bid Form, Section 00300. Final completion shall be achieved within ninety (90) CalendarDays after substantial completion.
