A general outline of work required is provided in this RFQ. It is not intended to be all-inclusive, as a detailed scope of work will be developed during negotiations with the selected firm. Services provided in the preliminary and detailed design phase include, but are not limited to, project management, geotechnical and surveying services, flow modeling, hydrological evaluation, permit coordination, development of property acquisition documentation, estimating, and detailed design. The vendor shall provide all engineering and other design services required to submit construction plans and details, specifications, and opinion of probable construction cost. Services provided in the construction services phase include, but are not limited to, construction administration, support through bidding the project bundle, material testing as needed, and field engineering. The anticipated term of the contract resulting from this RFQ is three (3) years. Note: All finished products and documents shall be the sole property of MSDGC. The City will only entertain written questions or comments concerning this RFQ by the deadline June 25, 2019, 1:30 p.m. (Cincinnati, Ohio Time). These must be sent electronically to: msd.procurement@cincinnati-oh.gov. Negotiation and Award By or before September 10, 2019 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
