This is a public bid Single Prime project for the renovation of an existing fire house into an Administration and Community Building that involves two small one story slab-on-grade Additions totaling approximately 500 square feet of new construction and Renovation work totaling approximately 5,000 square feet. The project includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to complete and coordinate the installation of all required work. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for the period of days stated in the bid form from the date the bids are opened. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents and a Waiver of Lien. The right is reserved to waive any informality in the Bid, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner, at the time and under the circumstances stipulated. The work in this contract shall be paid for in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act No. 442) Questions must be submitted on or before 11/04/2019 2:00 PM Expected Contract Value $600,000 - $800,000
