Award amount is $129,729.05.** Copies of Plans and Specifications are on file at: Oakdale Borough 6115 Noblestown Road Oakdale, PA 15071 KLH Engineers, Inc. 5173 Campbells Run Road Pittsburgh, PA 15205 All bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified as a prime contractor and must also meet the necessary work classification codes for the completion of the project. All bids submitted must have the contractor's valid pre-qualification certification attached or it will be rejected. A certified bank check or bond payable to Oakdale Borough or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications or any applicable statues of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable ordinances. No bid may be withdrawn for (60) sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Bidder must insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, or nation origin. Contractor shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 or 2012. The Oakdale Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates will be required on this project.
