This project is included in the City of Commerce City's - FY 2024-2028 CIP and funding allotted for FY 2026, FY 2027, and FY 2028. This project initiates infrastructure improvements, through implementation for the joint City/ Mile High Flood District drainage study to analyze design and construct improvement to the outfall from Fairfax Park to the South Platte River. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
