The Project consists of constructing one new manhole, repairing 14 laterals as noted, cured in place pipe lining of approximately 1500 feet of existing sewer, associated lateral reinstatement, existing manhole rehabilitation, pavement restoration and maintenance and protection of traffic of Sanderson Street in the Borough of Throop. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex.
