This contract is for stormwater maintenance work within the Town of Indian Trail, N.C. Work will primarily take place along South Fork of Crooked Creek and the Brandon Oaks neighborhood. Work will include but is not limited to cleaning of catch basins, drop inlets, flared end section, pipe cleaning, sediment removal and channel maintenance. The Contractor shall be prepared to work and have resources (manpower, supervision, and equipment) necessary to complete the assigned Project. The Town of Indian Trail reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
