**As of 02/07/2019, time frame for this job is 30 days after notice to proceed has been given. Project is to be adhered to City, State and Federal requirements. This project will be federally funded and are subject to Federal regulations including but not limited to 2 CFR Part 200 and Section 3, as applicable. Scope of services include, but are not limited to: This project entails the building permits, design, construction, installation, labor and material for (2) 4" columns on reinforced footings, hip top slanted roof, coolaro fabric shade on top with 3/16" cable and hardware, shade must cover existing concrete slab, color forest green - similar to existing shades on field. Must meet Building code and State Law, construction is required to have approved building inspections. Construction of fabric shade structure over bleacher attached map Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2. All work shall comply with the City of Laredo general requirements. Work specifications shall comply with all building codes currently adopted by the City of Laredo. Contractor shall keep job site clean, safe, and in an orderly manner. Contractor will be solely responsible for obtaining and paying for all required city permits, 811 dig clearance report, requests for construction progress inspections, and final inspections of this project. Contractor shall familiarize himself/herself with the scope of the project, existing conditions, and proposed improvements to the project. No additional compensation will be given to the Contractor for failure to visit the job site and familiarize himself/herself with the project as noted. The Contractor is responsible for the project location as well as his workforce, subcontractors, and all others associated with the work to be performed on the project. The Contractor shall furnish all new materials, where required, which are to match existing materials in size, thickness, texture, finish, design, and value. The Contractor shall be responsible for any damages caused to the Owner's property during the construction operations and shall make sure that all existing items and systems in the home, and improvements to be made, are in complete working order upon completion of the project. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete this project and shall provide a written warranty of one year on all materials and workmanship to the City of Laredo upon completion of project. Contractor shall provide all required color samples of paint, and any other materials to the City of Laredo for selection. Contractor shall provide a portable toilet and trash dumpster, or other acceptable trash receptacle, at the job site prior to starting the project. Other acceptable trash receptacles can include, but are not limited to, a contractor owned or leased dump truck or covered trash trailer. Contractor is responsible for any and all site work related to this project. Provide color to City of Laredo for selection on tarp and metal structure. Demolition: N/A The contractor shall provide a written one-year warranty on all materials and workmanship to the City of Laredo upon completion of the project. Before turning over project to the City of Laredo, Contractor shall ensure that the project site is clean and free of debris. The entire project shall be turned over in a clean, professional, and functional manner. Contractor shall have 30 calendar days to complete the project in its entirety. Any request for extension of the project completion date shall be in writing and submitted to the City of Laredo in a timely manner prior to the scheduled completion date Once a firm is selected, a meeting will be called to better define the scope of services for the project. All contracts will contain the following applicable provisions. This project will be federally funded and are subject to Federal regulations, including but not limited to the following 2 CFR Part 200 provisions, as applicable: A. Administrative, contractual, or legal remedies for violations or breach of contract terms B. Contract Termination C. Equal Employment Opportunity D. Davis-Bacon Act E. Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act F. Rights to Inventions Made Under a Contract or Agreement G. Clean Air Act H. Energy Efficiency I. Debarment and Suspension J.
