The Work includes: Construction of a new 1050 car, five level parking garage with a pedestrian bridge accessing the terminal and a vehicular bridge from Route 155 with a new walkways and revenue control system.This Contract provides for the construction of the precast parking structure as described below.Briefly and without force or effect on the Contract Documents the work can be summarized as follows: In general, Contract 989-PC consists of, but not limited to, provide the following (1) fabrication and erection of all precast members (2) caulking integral to precast members, (3) vinyl coated chain link screen in openings and (4) thin faced brick veneer. This Contract shall be subject to the Project Labor Agreement between The Greater Capital Region Building and Construction Trades, AFL-CIO and Turner Construction Company (Construction Manager) dated December 4,2018 (Unexecuted Copy).
