Questions or requests for clarification may be submitted via U.S. mail or e-mail to Brandon Shoults, brandon.shoults@yavapai.us, Capital Projects Coordinator, Yavapai County Facilities and Capital Improvements Department, 1128 Commerce Drive, Prescott, Arizona 86305. No telephonic questions or requests for clarification will be accepted. A Project overview will be presented and questions will be addressed followed by a guided tour of the specific roof areas related to the Project. Bidders must be prepared to climb a ladder up to the roof. Failure to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting will disqualify contractors from bidding. To reserve a Call for Bids package for delivery at the meeting or to obtain directions to the meeting location, contact the Facilities and Capital Improvements Department in advance. Yavapai County will not be responsible for bids submitted that are not marked appropriately, submitted after the deadline and/or sent/delivered to the wrong address. The Board of Supervisors of Yavapai County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formal deficiencies in the bids, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County.
