City of Springfield is issuing a Request for Qualifications in accordance with the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (F.S. 287.055) from professional engineering firms with interest in providing professional services relating to the City's rehabilitation of its potable water and sanitary sewer systems. E-mailed bid responses will be rejected. Only bids received by the specified time, date and location will be considered. All submittals must be sealed and clearly labeled, "RFQ For Professional Engineering Services". Respondents are to include in their submittals one original labeled "ORIGINAL" and six (6) copies labeled "COPY" (7 total complete packages) along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format. The City of Springfield City Commissioners encourage all segments of the business community to participate in its procurement opportunities, including small businesses, minority/women owned businesses, and disadvantaged business enterprises.
