Also includes access improvements to the campground entrance kiosks at DONNER MEMORIAL STATE PARK in Nevada County, California. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 6%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 6% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the DVBE forms beginning with DPR 479IP. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
