Project work consists of maintenance dredging shoal material of Intracoastal Waterway (IWW) in St. Johns and Flagler Counties. The St. Johns County area, located in the vicinity of Matanzas Inlet, consists of IWW Cuts SJ-59, SJ-60, SJ-61, and settling basins adjacent to Cuts SJ-60 and SJ-61. In Flagler County the dredging area consists of Cut F-2. Excavated material from these areas will be transported to a beach disposal area located at Summer Haven south of Matanzas Inlet. Incidental work includes beach tilling, environmental species, turbidity monitoring, and vibration monitoring and control at the Summer Haven placement area. Work will be divided into a base and one option.
