Reference Number : 1205512 Ville de Rouyn-Noranda is requesting bids for the redevelopment of the Dallaire Tennis Club located at 250 Dallaire Avenue in Rouyn-Noranda. This work is more fully described in the plans and specifications of the project prepared by Groupe Conseil Trame inc. To be admissible, bids must be accompanied by a bid bond from an insurance company authorized by the Autorité des marchés financiers to do business in Québec, established at an amount equivalent to 10% of the total cost. of the bid, all taxes included and valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening, or a check in the amount of 10% of the total cost of the bid all taxes included. The bonds will be issued on behalf of the City of Rouyn-Noranda. Bidders who wish to obtain additional information regarding this project or the construction site should contact Ms. Isabelle Deschênes, project manager, at 819 797-7110, extension 7743. The bidding contractors are responsible for selecting the subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bid, and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. The City of Rouyn-Noranda undertakes to retain neither the lowest nor any of the tendered bids and reserves the right to cancel the call for tenders. Bidders are not entitled to any compensation for the costs incurred in obtaining tender documents and for the preparation and submission of their bid.
