As of May 13, 2019, a design/builder has been awarded. Construction is expected to begin in August 2019. The Texas State University System ("Owner") on behalf of Sam Houston State University, are soliciting Statements of Qualifications ("Qualifications") for selection of a Design/Build firm for the Coliseum Parking Garage ("Project"), on the University's campus in Huntsville, Texas. This solicitation sets forth the terms, conditions, and requirements for prospective Design/Build entities to be considered for this work. (Prospective Design/Build entities are hereinafter referred to as "Respondents"). Submit five (5) identical copies of the Qualifications. An original signature must be included on the "Execution of Offer" document submitted with each copy of the Qualifications. Submit two (2) disc or thumb drives with identical copies of the Qualifications in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Point-of-Contact: The Owner designates the following person, as its representative and Point-of-Contact for this RFQ. Respondents shall restrict all contact with the Owner and direct all questions regarding this RFQ, including questions regarding terms and conditions in writing, to the Point-of-Contact.
