The scope of work includes construction of a new Public Works Facility. The project includes the construction of a pre-engineered building to support operations, including an office area, employee facilities, workshops, vehicle maintenance, vehicle wash bay, and vehicle storage. The facility will also include a fueling island along with bid alternates including, but not limited to, a salt shed, extension of the vehicle storage garage and industrial equipment. The site development work will include, but is not limited to, earthwork, bedrock removal, grading, drainage, site lighting, landscaping, and a material storage bin area. Paving will be performed by the Town.
