Sealed proposals for the PY-2017 CD Allocation, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Grant # B-F-17-1CT-1, Contract A: Activity #2 - Warwick Township - Street Improvements, Activity #4 - Salem Township - Street Improvements, Activity #5 - Clay Township - Street Improvements and Activity #6 - Auburn Township - Street Improvements; Contract B: Activity #3 - Village of Dennison - Sidewalk Improvements Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond must accompany Bid Bonds. Contracts may be bid separate or together. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Bid for PY-2017 Allocation Program Projects mailed or delivered to: Tuscarawas County Board of Commissioners 125 East High Avenue, Room 205 New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663 Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owners intend and require that this project be completed within 60 days. Bidders who submit a bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Tuscarawas County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and responsible, responsive bidder. The Board of Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
