The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all equipment and materials, and performing all labor necessary to remove accumulated sediment from the ponds using hydraulic dredging methods and dewatering onsite as indicated herein. The work includes on-site dewatering; all costs associated with pumping, removal, and off-site disposal where indicated including transport services necessary for disposal; soil erosion and sediment control; and all appurtenances necessary. The dredging operations must be completed simultaneously or in the following sequence of priorities: 1.) Big Creek WTP, 2.) Dearing LAS, and 3.) Mattox Creek. Time allotted for completion of work is 90 calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional bids and to reject the bid of any bidder if owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project to make an award to that bidder, whether because the bid is not responsive or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the owner.
